    You can advertise vacancies in any sector, at any level. Within our community of recruiters and recruitment agencies we have specialists in almost every sector. So it doesn’t matter if you’re looking for a new CFO or a Software Developer, MyHiringBox will help you find your candidates, faster.

  • What happens after I post an open Job?

    As soon as a job gets posted, it is published to the world wide Recruitment community. Agencies, Recruiters and Job Seekers will browse through the open jobs and apply or submit the best candidates available in their network.

  • How long will it be until I start to see candidates?

    Not long at all. Once you’ve uploaded your vacancy a notification email will be sent to specialist recruiters and recruitment agencies, this breeds competition between recruitment agencies, who are keen to submit their best candidates first. Therefore, you should see results quickly. However, it will also depend on the job’s location, the salary you are offering, and the placement fee you are willing to pay. We recommend you set a realistic recruitment fee to motivate a recruiter or a recruitment agency to source and submit their best candidates quickly. If you’re unsure, just ask us and we can advise on fee level, salaries, etc.

  • If I upload a vacancy will I be inundated with CVs?

    No, MyHiringBox is much more sophisticated than that: you can decide how many CVs you want to receive on weekly basis. This will reduce spam and only quality candidates will reach you.

  • How do you find high quality candidates?

    We have a match making algorithm which scoring reach candidate and the applicants which fall below 50% of matching criteria are filtered out.

  • Where are MyHiringBox's recruiters and agencies located?

    The majority of our professional recruiters and agencies are in India, the rest can be found across the world.

  • Can all the recruiters and agencies see my contact details?

    No. Your vacancies published on MyHiringBox are visible to the world, but with your contact information concealed. A recruiter or recruitment agency will only be able to contact you via our inbuilt messaging, when they submit a candidate on your vacancy.

  • Who owns the candidates that have been submitted?

    The recruiter or recruitment agency that has fully qualified and submitted the candidate via MyHiringBox’s online recruitment marketplace owns that candidate for a period of six months from the date of submission. If you hire that candidate within the initial six-month period, you are liable to pay the placement fee that was originally advertised.

  • What is an Ideal Placement Fee (%) that you would recommend?

    A general guideline is 10-15% of Annual Salary.

    MyHiringBox is a marketplace and other factors may be considered, such as the difficult of filling the position, and the talent available in your market.

  • Once I have received CVs can I approach a candidate directly?

    No. In order to progress with a particular candidate, you have to request to interview the candidate through your MyHiringBox’s ATS. It is in your interest to keep the recruitment process ‘online’, to ensure you are fully protected by our terms of business.

  • What happens if two agencies/recruiters submit the same candidate?

    MyHiringBox’s system blocks duplicate submissions. In the unlikely event that the system fails to block a duplicate submission, the placement fees will go to the agency or recruiter that first submitted the candidate, as determined by the time and date stamp on the submissions. Employers will never be required to pay two bounties for the same candidate placement.

  • What if I already have a candidate that was submitted against a job?

    Candidates who applied to an employer outside of the MyHiringBox’s portal in the preceding 180 days “belong” to the employer, and not to the recruiter or individual. If an employer hires a candidate that they were already in contact with within such timeframe, employer will not owe any fee.

  • What happens if a candidate doesn’t work out?

    MyHiringBox offers the security of a 90-day replacement guarantee. So if a candidate proves unsuitable the first 90-days of their employment, you get free replacement candidate. We have also drafted simple, transparent, universal Terms of Business that protect your rights and interests.

  • We receive lots of calls from recruitment agencies, why do we need MyHiringBox?

    To stop those calls, simplify and accelerate your recruitment process, fix your costs, broaden your candidate search, lighten your load.

  • Can I work offline with agencies I meet through MyHiringBox?

    No. The Terms of Use prohibit bringing new business developed through MyHiringBox offline, and anyone attempting to violate this policy will be immediately removed from the Talentplace

  • Do employers have to use the MyHiringBox’s contract?

  • How much does it cost to use MyHiringBox?

    Nothing (I know, it sounds too good to be true!). But yeah, it doesn’t cost you anything to upload your vacancy to our recruitment talentplace, or use our software. So if you hire a candidate, you pay the fee you originally set when you uploaded your job (nothing more, ever). If you don’t hire a candidate it won’t cost you a penny.

  • How do I pay MyHiringBox?

    We accept online payments

  • Can I get an Invoice for the payments to be made?

    Invoice will be automatically generated on the day candidate joins. Alternatively you will be able to request your invoice by emailing to support@MyHiringBox.com.

  • Can you integrate into an existing ATS?

    This is not possible at present. We are working on it and will have this functionality soon. If you need any help with our in-built ATS you can request at support@MyHiringBox.com and we can walk you through the process.

  • Why is ATS Free?

    We hope that by using our state of the art ATS (Applicant Tracking System) you become familiar with our service, and hopefully use our marketplace to fill your hard to fill positions.

  • How do you resolve disputes?

    MyHiringBox provides visibility in the recruiting process that protects our customers from common recruiting disputes. In the rare event that a dispute arises, we act as neutral mediator to work out a settlement between parties. If mediation is unsuccessful, both parties can enforce the Terms of Use to the fullest extent permitted by law

  • Is there a Contract between MyHiringBox and I?

    Yes, by using our service you are bound by our Terms of Service. Please read and understand the terms of service before using our recruitment marketplace.

  • Why is there a 90 days of evaluation period?

    The evaluation period allows the employer enough time to evaluate the candidate to ensure they are a good fit for the position. If the candidate is not a fit, the recruiter/agency is obligated to give a free replacement candidate.

  • How much will I get paid?

    The amount of money recruiters and agencies get paid is defined by Placement Fee set by the employer posting the job. Employers have an option to set the Placement Fee anywhere from 2.5% to 30% of Annual Salary. MyHiringBox does not charge a fee so the entire placement fees is paid to the recruiter/agency/job seeker and Job Seekers get a joining bonus (subject to TDS as applicable in all cases)

  • How does the joining bonus work? How can I become eligible for a joining bonus?

    The joining bonus is paid to job seekers who apply directly and are accepted for positions without first being referred. The amount of joining bonus is 2.5% of annual salary listed by employer against a job. In order for you to quality for joining bonus, you would have applied for the position directly without anyone referring you to a particular position you are getting hired for.

    Also, as job seeker role will be of an independent contractor , applicable TDS will be deducted on the amount they receive from MyHiringBox.

    The actual joining bonus will be paid by MyHiringBox after job seeker accept the position and complete 90 days with the employer.

  • Who is liable for accuracy of profiles and content of user?

    Accuracy of profile and information/content on MyHiringBox is solely the responsibility of the user. When you sign up with MyHiringBox, you confirm that the content of the resume submitted, including your experience and education is accurate and truthful. Any misrepresentation of information will result in deactivation of your profile and possible legal recourse.

  • Am I as a job seeker obligated to let MyHiringBox know if I get a job through MyHiringBox?

    Yes. Just like the employer is obligated to tell us, you as a job seeker are obligated to let us know in order to be eligible for the joining bonus.

  • What if the employer already has a candidate that I submit?

    Employers want to see candidates that they don’t already know about. Candidates who applied to an employer outside of the MyHiringBox’s portal in the preceding 180 days “belong” to the employer, and not to the recruiter or individual. Recruiters and job seekers are paid upon completion of the 90 day guarantee period of a candidate. If we get paid by the employer for the submittal you made, you will get paid. MyHiringBox will make every effort to collect from delinquent employers. With the quality of employers that use our service, this should not be an issue.
